All the functions, powers and duties heretofore exercised by the Division of Administrative Procedure in the Department of State pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) are transferred to and vested in the Office of Administrative Law created by this amendatory and supplementary act. L.1978, c. 67, s. 2.
