Text

The sergeant at arms of each house of the legislature shall keep a record of the attendance at each session of either house of all of its officers and employees whose compensation is fixed by sections 52:11-2 and 52:11-3 of this title, except: a. The secretary of the senate, the assistant secretary of the senate, the secretary to the president of the senate and the chaplain of the senate; b. The clerk and the assistant clerk of the house, and the secretary and the assistant secretary to the speaker of the house; c. The journal clerks, the supervisors of bills and the sergeants at arms of the senate and the house; and d. The secretaries and clerks of the committees of the senate and the house.
