Text
No person shall in any way or manner hinder or molest any superintendent, deputy superintendent, assistant superintendent, inspector, or other weights and measures officer in the performance of the duties imposed upon him by any of the provisions of this Title under penalty of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Amended by L.1952, c. 44, p. 362, s. 1.
