Text
The superintendent of the division of weights and measures in the Department of Law and Public Safety may, subject to the approval of the Attorney-General, appoint weighmasters within the division of weights and measures of the Department of Law and Public Safety, as may be required, for official weighings and certifications thereof in connection with the operation of State-owned scales. L.1952, c. 112, p. 451, s. 1.
