51:1-72. The State superintendent shall within 30 days after the last day of the State fiscal year make a report to the Legislature which shall contain any recommendations or suggestions deemed necessary or desirable and a digest of the reports of the municipal and county superintendents. Amended 1971,c.341,s.3; 1994,c.60,s.9.
