§ 51:1-129 — Administration of Act; rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
The State Superintendent of Weights and Measures shall have general supervision of the administration of this act and shall make such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary for its enforcement. L.1938, c. 182, p. 398, s. 17.
