Text
51:1-12. A person violating any provision of sections 51:1-10 or 51:1-11 of this Title shall be liable to a penalty of $100.00 to be recovered in the municipal court or Superior Court by any person who may sue therefor. Such penalty when recovered shall be paid to the county treasurer of the county in which the violation occurred. Amended 1953,c.48,s.1; 1969,c.251,s.1; 1991,c.91,s.476.
