§ 51:1-119 — License to repair limited classes or kinds of devices
New Jersey·Title 51 STANDARDS, WEIGHTS, MEASURES AND CONTAINERS
The State Superintendent of Weights and Measures may, at his discretion, issue to any applicant, under the terms of the regulations authorized by this act, a license to repair limited classes or kinds of weighing and measuring devices. L.1938, c. 182, p. 395, s. 7.
