§ 5:9-6 — Director of division

New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
The division shall be under the immediate supervision and direction of a director, who shall be a person qualified by training and experience to direct the work of such division. The director shall be appointed by the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. Any vacancy occurring in the office of the director shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. The director of said division shall devote his entire time and attention to the duties of his office and shall not be engaged in any other profession or occupation. He shall receive such salary as shall be provided by law. L.1970, c. 13, s. 6, eff. Feb. 16, 1970.
