§ 5:9-24 — Annual post-audit
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
The State Auditor shall conduct an annual post-audit of all accounts and transactions of the division and such other special post-audits as he may be directed to conduct pursuant to chapter 24 of Title 52 of the Revised Statutes. L.1970, c. 13, s. 25, eff. Feb. 16, 1970.
