10.For the purposes of P.L.1970, c.13 (C.5:9-1 et seq.), any trust fund established to provide grants to New Jersey's public and private institutions of higher education for the construction, reconstruction, development, extension, and improvement of instructional, laboratory, communication, and research facilities shall be considered eligible for State aid from the net proceeds of any State lottery, as shall be provided by law. L.1993,c.375,s.10.
