Text
This act shall take effect immediately but shall be inoperative unless and until an "Amusement Games Licensing Law" is enacted by the Legislature and is approved by a majority of the legally qualified voters of the State voting on the question of such approval at a general election. L.1959, c. 108, p. 506, s. 22.
