§ 5:8-92 — Payment of witness fees
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
Every witness shall be entitled to be paid for attendance or attendance and travel, by the party on whose behalf he is subpoenaed, at the rates prescribed by law, before being required to testify. L.1959, c. 108, p. 504, s. 15.
