§ 5:8-9 — Suspension and revocation of licenses
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
The commission shall have power to suspend and revoke licenses, after hearing, for violation of the law under which the license is issued or for violation of any provision of the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the commission. L.1954, c. 7, p. 48, s. 9.
