§ 5:8-80 — Filing of rules and regulations; availability of copies to municipalities
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
A copy of every rule and regulation made and promulgated by the commissioner shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State before it shall become effective and copies thereof shall be made available to the various municipalities operating under said law. L.1959, c. 108, p. 501, s. 3.
