§ 5:8-69 — Act inoperative until adopted by voters
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
The provisions of this act shall remain inoperative in any municipality unless and until the same shall be adopted by the legal voters of the municipality as herein provided. L.1954, c. 5, p. 27, s. 20.
