§ 5:8-60 — Limits on frequency of games
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
11.No game or games of chance shall be held, operated or conducted under any license issued under this act more often than authorized by regulation promulgated by the control commission. L.1954,c.5,s.11; amended 1994,c.63,s.17.
