Senior citizen associations or clubs holding, operating and conducting games of chance solely for the amusement and recreation of its members under a special license shall not be subject to the provisions of P.L. 1954, c. 5 (C. 5:8-50 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 299, s. 7, eff. Aug. 23, 1985.
