§ 5:8-5 — First meeting; organization
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
The commission shall hold its first meeting at the call of the Governor and shall organize by electing a chairman and appointing a secretary who may or may not be a member of the commission. L.1954, c. 7, p. 47, s. 5.
