6.When the application shall have been examined and such further inquiry and investigation made as the commission shall deem proper and when the commission shall be satisfied therefrom that the persons named in section 5(b) hereof possess the qualifications prescribed in this act, the commission shall issue and deliver a license to such applicant as an approved rentor for the premises stated in the application upon payment by the applicant of a license fee as prescribed by regulation promulgated by the control commission and the approved rentor shall pay a fee as prescribed by regulation promulgated by the control commission for each occasion on which bingo games are held in the licensed premises.
