§ 5:8-32 — Participation by persons under 18
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to participate in any game or games of chance held, operated or conducted pursuant to any license issued under this act. L.1954, c. 6, p. 38, s. 9.
