Each municipality, in which the Bingo Licensing Law or the Raffles Licensing Law, or both, shall be adopted, shall file with the commission a copy of each ordinance enacted pursuant thereto within 10 days after the same is adopted, and on or before February 1 of each year, and at any other time or times which the commission may determine make report to the commission of the number of licenses issued therein under each of said laws, the names and addresses of the licensees, the aggregate amount of license fees collected, the names and addresses of all persons detected of violation of each of said laws or of the rules and regulations adopted by the commission pursuant hereto, and of all persons prosecuted for such violations and the result of each such prosecution, and the penalties imposed
