§ 5:8-130 — Act effective upon approval by majority of votes cast
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
If at such election a majority of all the votes cast both for and against the approval of this act shall be cast in favor the approval thereof, then all of its provisions shall forthwith take effect. L.1961, c. 103, p. 676, s. 10, eff. Aug. 31, 1961.
