There shall be printed on each official ballot to be used at such election the following: If you favor making the act entitled below operative within the State, make a cross (X), plus (+) or check (/) in the square opposite the word "Yes." If you are opposed to making the act entitled below so operative, make a cross (X), plus (+) or check (/) in the square opposite the word "No." Shall the act entitled "An Act extending the "Amusement Games Licensing Law,' being chapter 109 of the laws of 1959, (approved June 16, 1959 Yes. and effective November 3, 1959 by the approval of the voters of the State) to include associations organized for the purpose of holding agricultural fairs and exhibitions and the places where such No. agricultural fairs and exhibitions are held, supplementing said law,
