§ 5:3-53 — Injunction to compel compliance
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
The department shall have the power to bring injunctive proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with any lawful order made by the department pursuant to the provisions of this act. L.1975, c. 105, s. 23, eff. May 29, 1975.
