Text
Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of this article or any regulation, order or special direction duly made thereunder, shall, for each offense, forfeit to the municipality in which the offense was committed, a penalty of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) in the discretion of the court having cognizance thereof. The penalty shall be recovered in the same courts and shall be collected in the same manner as other penalties for the violation of municipal ordinances. Amended by L.1953, c. 6, p. 57, s. 2.
