Text

Any rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the department shall be of a reasonable nature, and based upon generally accepted engineering standards, formulas and practices, and, insofar as is practicable and consistent with the provisions of this act, shall be uniform with the rules and regulations of other states. L.1975, c. 105, s. 7, eff. May 29, 1975.
