5:3-29. The Department of Labor may bring a civil action for the recovery of any such penalty in the Superior Court in the county wherein the violation occurred. All penalties so recovered shall be paid to said department and by it paid into the State treasury. Amended 1953,c.6,s.5; 1991,c.91,s.181.
