§ 5:12-233 — Entry into partnerships by authority.

19.The authority, in implementing any of its functions involving the tourism district, including but not limited to, the regulation and encouragement of economic development and the promotion of cleanliness, safety, and commerce, is authorized and directed, notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, to, in addition to any public-private partnership entered into pursuant to section 7 of P.L.2011, c.18 (C.5:12-221), enter into public-private partnerships or similar arrangements with private entities in implementing the provisions of P.L.2011, c.18 (C.5:12-218 et al.).
