§ 5:12-209 — Distribution of interest from funds generated by simulcasting
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
19.All amounts generated from casino simulcasting shall be placed in an interest-bearing account and thereafter all accrued interest shall be distributed proportionately to the parties entitled to the revenue pursuant to the provisions of this act. L.1992,c.19,s.19.
