§ 5:12-207 — Depositing of State revenue
New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS
17.The State revenue derived from casino simulcasting pursuant to subsection a. of sections 8 and 13 of this act shall be deposited in the "Casino Simulcasting Fund" established pursuant to section 18 of this act and used for the purposes provided by that section. L.1992,c.19,s.17.
