10.A casino which has been authorized to receive simulcast horse races from out-of-State sending tracks may receive such races only during permitted hours of casino operation. No limit shall be placed on the number of simulcast horse races that may be received during the permitted hours of operation except as otherwise provided herein. L.1992,c.19,s.10.
