6.A permit holder which is authorized to conduct casino simulcasting shall have discretion to transmit all or some of the live races conducted at the racetrack to casinos which have established simulcasting facilities pursuant to this act. However, any race which is transmitted from an in-State sending track shall be transmitted to all casinos which have established simulcasting facilities. L.1992,c.19,s.6.
