§ 5:12-156 — Compensation of public members; reimbursement.

8.Each appointed and voting public member of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority other than the chairman shall receive compensation of $18,000.00 per annum. The compensation of the chairman shall be $23,000.00 per annum. The casino industry representatives shall not be deemed to be public members and shall not receive this compensation. All members shall be reimbursed for actual expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of their duties. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, no officer or employee of the State shall be deemed to have forfeited or shall forfeit his office or employment, or any benefits or emoluments thereof by reason of his acceptance of the office of an ex officio or appointed member of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority or his services
