§ 5:12-132 — Legal shipments of gaming devices into New Jersey

132.Legal Shipments of Gaming Devices into New Jersey. All shipments into this State of gaming devices, including slot machines, the registering, recording and labeling of which has been duly had by the manufacturer or dealer thereof in accordance with sections 3 and 4 of an Act of Congress of the United States entitled "An act to prohibit transportation of gambling devices in interstate and foreign commerce," approved January 2, 1951, being chapter 1194, 64 Stat. 1134, and also designated as 15 U.S.C. (1173-1174), shall be deemed legal shipments thereof into this State. L.1977,c.110,s.132; amended 1993,c.292,s.33.
