§ 5:12-123 — Continuing offenses

New Jersey·Title 5 AMUSEMENTS, PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS AND MEETINGS

Continuing Offenses.

a.A violation of any of the provisions of this act which is an offense of a continuing nature shall be deemed to be a separate offense on each day during which it occurs. Nothing herein shall be deemed to preclude the commission of multiple violations within a day of those provisions of this act which establish offenses consisting of separate and distinct acts.
b.Any person who aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces, procures or causes another to violate a provision of this act is punishable as a principal and subject to all sanctions and penalties, both civil and criminal, provided by this act. L. 1977, c. 110, s. 123; amended 1987,c.410,s.13.
