§ 5:12-62 — Enforcement.

62.Enforcement.
a.The State Ethics Commission, established pursuant to the "New Jersey Conflicts of Interest Law," P.L.1971, c.182 (C.52:13D-12 et seq.) shall enforce the provisions of sections 58, 59, and 60 of this act.
b.Penalties for violation of sections 58, 59, and 60 shall be those set forth in P.L.1971, c.182 (C.52:13D-12 et seq.). In addition, for violations of section 60 occurring after the effective date of P.L.2005, c.382, the commission shall impose a civil penalty of not less than $500 nor more than $10,000, which penalty may be collected in a summary proceeding pursuant to the "Penalty Enforcement Law of 1999," P.L.1999, c.274 (C.2A:58-10 et seq.).
