§ 49:5-1 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 49 SALE OF SECURITIES
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Corporation Takeover Bid Disclosure Law." L.1977, c. 76, s. 1, eff. April 27, 1977.
