a.A private aggregator may enter into a contract with two or more municipalities for the purpose of facilitating the joint action of those municipalities in granting municipal consent for the provision of cable television service, pursuant to the "Cable Television Act," P.L.1972, c.186 (C.48:5A-1 et seq.) as amended and supplemented, subject to the requirements of the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.).
b.A private aggregator shall register with the office, which shall include the filing of basic information pertaining to the aggregator, such as name, address, telephone number, business or organization background, and business or organization profile. A private aggregator shall provide annual updates of this information to the office. L.2003,c.38,s.6.
