As used in this act: a. "Upstream communications channel" means a signaling path provided by a cable television company for the transmission of signals over a cable television system from subscriber terminals; b. "Interactive cable television program or service" means a cable television program or service involving the collection, reception, aggregation, storage or use of information contained in signals transmitted from subscriber terminals over upstream communications channels; c. "Intercept" means to acquire, at any time from initiation to completion of a signal transmission over a cable television system, the content of the information contained in that signal; d. "Personally identifiable information" means any information that identifies any individual as a subscriber to, or user of,
