§ 48:5A-53 — Severability
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
If any provision of this act or the application of such provision is held invalid for any reason, the remainder of this act or the application of the provision to other circumstances shall not be affected thereby. L.1972, c. 186, s. 53.
