a.The Department of Environmental Protection may compel any solid waste collector to furnish and file with the department any records, including, but not limited to, manifests, origin and destination forms, customer lists, financial or operational information, contracts, books, accounts and records of affiliated business concerns, including any affiliated or parent corporation or organization, or any wholly or partially owned subsidiary thereof, directly or indirectly involved therewith, or having a direct or indirect financial interest in the solid waste collection services provided by the solid waste collector, and all financial transactions between these parties related to the solid waste collection services provided by the solid waste collector, and any other documents related to
