16.
a.The Department of Environmental Protection may compel any person engaged in the business of solid waste collection or otherwise providing solid waste collection services to furnish and file with the department a consolidated annual report or other documents as may be necessary to enable the department to administer its duties as prescribed by law and the provisions of P.L.1991, c.381 (C.48:13A-7.1 et al.).
b.Should any person engaged in the business of solid waste collection or otherwise providing solid waste collection services fail or refuse to comply with any provision of this section, the department may revoke or suspend the certificate of public convenience and necessity issued to that person.
