§ 46:38A-4 — Jurisdiction over custodian
New Jersey·Title 46 PROPERTY
A person designated as custodian under this chapter is subject to personal jurisdiction in this State with respect to any matter relating to the custodianship. L. 1987, c. 18, s. 1.
