46:30B-82. Form of claim; allowance. The claim of another state to recover escheated or abandoned property shall be presented in a form prescribed by the administrator, who shall decide the claim within 120 days after it is presented. The administrator shall allow the claim if the administrator determines that the other state is entitled to the abandoned property under R.S.46:30B-81. L.1989, c.58, s.1; amended 2002, c.35, s.55.
