§ 46:30B-2 — Construction
New Jersey·Title 46 PROPERTY
46:30B-2. Construction. Except for the provisions of this chapter which apply solely to this jurisdiction, this chapter shall be applied and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this law among states enacting it.
