§ 46:10B-68 — Enforcement, regulations.

16.The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall enforce the provisions of this act, and may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of the act. L.2011, c.146, s.16.
