8.
a.A distressed property purchaser who enters into a distressed property conditional conveyance or a distressed property conveyance shall do so in the form of a written contract. A distressed property conditional conveyance contract and a distressed property conveyance contract shall be written in at least 14-point boldface type, in the same language principally used by the owner to negotiate the sale of the distressed property, shall be fully completed, signed, and dated by the owner and the distressed property purchaser, and shall be witnessed and acknowledged by a notary public, before the owner executes a deed or any other instrument of conveyance of the distressed property.
