46:30B-79. Payment of claim. If a claim is allowed, the administrator shall pay over or deliver to the claimant the property or the amount the administrator actually received or the net proceeds if it has been sold by the administrator, together with any additional amount required by Article 21 of this chapter. If the claim is for property presumed abandoned under Article 10 of this chapter which was sold by the administrator within one year after the date of delivery, the amount payable for that claim is the net proceeds of sale. At the time a claim is allowed, the administrator shall pay to the claimant interest upon the monies of the claimant for the period during which those monies were in the custody of the administrator, but interest shall not be payable for any period before the eff
