46:30B-52. Form and contents of notice to be published. The published notice shall contain: a. The names in alphabetical order and last known addresses, if any, of persons listed in the report and entitled to notice within the county as specified in R.S.46:30B-51; b. A statement that information concerning the unclaimed property may be obtained by any person having legal or beneficial interest in that property by making a written inquiry to the administrator; and c. A statement explaining that property of the owner is presumed to be abandoned and has been taken into the protective custody of the administrator. L.1989, c.58, s.1; amended 2002, c.35, s.42.
